Rutmia is a general habit and wellness tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or an emergency service. Review every AI suggestion before applying it.

Acceptance and scope
These Terms apply to the Rutmia app and the related features that Rutmia makes available, including routine tools, reminders, optional HealthKit and Calendar features, iCloud sync, cloud assistance, widgets, and system integrations that the app describes.
By installing or using Rutmia, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using Rutmia. The Privacy Policy is a separate document; a change to the Privacy Policy is not, by itself, acceptance of these Terms.
The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and other Apple terms may also apply to your use of an app downloaded from the App Store.
Eligibility
The minimum age for using Rutmia, any parental-consent requirement, and any market-specific eligibility rule are [LEGAL INPUT NEEDED: confirm]. If you use Rutmia for another person, you must have the authority to do so and must respect that person’s permissions and rights.
What Rutmia does
Rutmia can help you create routines and habits, set schedules, reminders, goals, and related preferences, and review progress or other app outputs. HealthKit and Calendar access is optional and is used only for the features described in the app.
Rutmia is provided as the app and its current features evolve. Rutmia may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature, subject to applicable law and any rights you have as a consumer. Feature availability may also depend on your device, iOS version, permissions, Apple services, network access, and plan.
Rutmia AI, cloud assistance, and review
You can choose “Automatic · First on device” or “Cloud only” in Settings. Automatic processing starts on the device and may use cloud assistance only when needed and previously allowed. Cloud only uses cloud assistance after consent. When cloud consent is disabled, requests remain on-device. Basic conversational questions may receive a local response and should not consume cloud quota.
When cloud assistance is enabled, the cloud AI may receive only the minimum context needed: your request, locale, time zone, limited active-habit fields such as title, schedule, reminders, goal configuration, and opaque identifiers. HealthKit data, calendar event titles or notes, completion history, purchase data, email, advertising identifiers, and iCloud identity are not described as cloud-AI inputs unless Rutmia verifies otherwise. The provider list and payload details are [LEGAL INPUT NEEDED: confirm].
AI suggestions are suggestions, not instructions. Rutmia shows them for your review before changes are applied. You are responsible for checking the proposal, assumptions, warnings, schedules, reminders, and resulting changes. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances.
Rutmia AI is not medical advice. Do not use Rutmia or an AI output to diagnose, treat, prevent, or respond to a medical condition or emergency. Consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
Permissions and your content
You choose whether to grant HealthKit, Calendar, notifications, iCloud, and cloud-assistance consent. You can change available permissions and consent choices in the app or device settings. Some features will not work when a permission is off.
You are responsible for the routine information, prompts, files, and other content you enter, import, export, or share through Rutmia. Do not share information you do not have the right to use. Keep your device, Apple account, exported files, and any external AI-provider account secure.
Free and Pro plans, limits, and purchases
Rutmia may offer Free and Pro plans with different features or cloud-usage limits. Reasonable anti-abuse safeguards may apply. Neither plan is promised to include unlimited cloud use, and current limits may be shown in the app or App Store. The exact plan, price, renewal or lifetime terms, and availability are [LEGAL INPUT NEEDED: confirm].
Purchases are handled through Apple’s App Store payment systems. Rutmia does not receive full payment-card details. Apple displays the purchase price and applicable terms before confirmation, and Apple’s rules govern billing, restoration, and refunds that Apple handles.
Responsible use
You may not use Rutmia unlawfully, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with security or availability, bypass access or usage limits, misuse cloud assistance, or attempt unauthorized access to data or systems.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit Rutmia except where applicable law expressly permits it or Rutmia has given written permission. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Ownership and licenses
Rutmia and its content, software, branding, and design are owned by or licensed to [LEGAL INPUT NEEDED: confirm legal entity and ownership]. Subject to these Terms, Apple’s applicable license terms, and your payment status, you receive the right to use the app for its intended personal purpose on supported Apple devices.
You keep any rights you have in the routine content you create. The scope of any license Rutmia needs to operate, support, secure, or improve user-submitted content is [LEGAL INPUT NEEDED: confirm and limit to actual practice].
Availability and disclaimers
Rutmia is provided on an availability basis. We aim for a useful and reliable experience, but cannot promise that the app, local processing, cloud assistance, Apple services, or every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, do not rely on Rutmia scores, reminders, insights, AI suggestions, or automations as the only basis for a health, safety, financial, employment, legal, or other important decision. Mandatory consumer guarantees and other non-waivable rights still apply.
The legal entity, warranties, liability limits, exclusions, indemnities, and remedies required for each launch market are [LEGAL INPUT NEEDED: counsel to draft and localize].
Stopping use and deletion
You can stop using Rutmia at any time and can delete local data or manage iCloud copies using the controls available on your device. Cloud-provider copies, prompts, responses, logs, and account records may require separate provider controls where applicable.
Rutmia’s right to suspend or end access, the process for an account-free app, and the provisions that survive termination are [LEGAL INPUT NEEDED: confirm]. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be removed.
Changes to these Terms
Rutmia may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish the current version, effective date, and a summary of material changes. You are responsible for reviewing the current Terms. By installing or using a newer version of Rutmia after the effective date, you acknowledge the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where express acceptance is required, we will request it before continued use. If you do not agree, stop using Rutmia and follow the available deletion or contact instructions.
This wording does not state that installing a newer version automatically creates legally binding acceptance in every jurisdiction. The notice, consent, and continued-use mechanics must be reviewed and localized by qualified counsel.
Law, disputes, and contact
The governing law, venue, dispute process, arbitration language, consumer-law savings, and any required local terms are [LEGAL INPUT NEEDED: confirm for Mexico, the United States, the EU/UK, and every launch market].
For questions about these Terms, contact [LEGAL INPUT NEEDED: legal/support contact email and address]. The current version, effective date, and version history will remain visible on this page.
