Rutmia AI
Rutmia, a habit tracker for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, lets you plan your routine with AI without giving up control: you describe the change in your own words, Rutmia AI prepares a proposal showing what it would add, update, or archive, and nothing is applied until you approve it.
Download Rutmia on the App StoreWrite what you want, for example: “Create a 7-day streak goal”, “Enable reminders for timed habits 5 minutes before”, “Simplify my routine to five active habits”, or “Show my progress this week”.
Rut explains each change in one sentence and shows how your routine will look: what gets added, updated, or archived. At this point nothing has changed yet.
If it looks right, tap Apply change. If not, change your request or ask something else: only what you confirm is applied.

If you don't allow cloud use, Rutmia AI requests are processed on your device.
With your consent and a connection, Rutmia tries Apple Private Cloud Compute first, then Google Gemini through Firebase, and falls back to on-device processing. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Only what's needed to propose changes is used: active habit titles, schedules, reminder and tracking settings, goal configuration, language, and time zone.
Ask which day works best or why one habit is hard. To answer, Rut uses your question and an aggregated summary of up to 12 active habits, such as how often you completed each one in 28 days and your streaks. The free plan includes a preview.
Rutmia AI doesn't use HealthKit data, calendar events or notes, your notes, or individual daily check-ins.
Rutmia includes Shortcuts actions: Get Today's Routine, Get Routine Context, Prepare Model Prompt, Create Habit, Plan Routine, and Import Routine Proposal.
Up to 5 active habits, 3 Rutmia AI requests per day, your weekly review, and a preview of Ask Rut, plus import and export of your data.
A one-time Lifetime Pro purchase, with a free 3-day trial: habits beyond the five-habit limit, Rutmia AI without the daily request limit, Ask Rut, and routine analysis.

Yes. Rutmia, a habit tracker for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, includes Rutmia AI: you describe the change you want, it prepares a proposal showing what would be added, updated, or archived, and you decide whether it gets applied.
No. Nothing is applied until you approve the proposal. If it isn't what you meant, you can adjust the request before approving.
Changes to your routine in your own words, for example: create a 7-day streak goal, enable reminders 5 minutes before timed habits, simplify your routine to five active habits, or show your progress this week.
Not by default: requests are processed on your device. Only if you give consent and have a connection can Rutmia use Apple Private Cloud Compute and then Google Gemini through Firebase, with minimal context. HealthKit data, calendar events or notes, and individual check-ins are not used.
It's the part of Rutmia AI that answers questions about your habits from your own data, like which day works best, how your week went, or why one habit is hard. The free plan includes a preview, and Lifetime Pro includes it in full.
The free plan includes 3 Rutmia AI requests per day. With Lifetime Pro you don't have that daily limit; cloud requests have a monthly fair-use limit, and after that Rutmia AI keeps working on your device. Check the current price in the App Store.
